Recommendation Letters provides editable letter of recommendation templates. This policy explains what information may be collected when users browse templates or submit the download form.

We do not ask users to submit passwords through the template download form. If account authentication is added in the future, it should be handled through a dedicated authentication provider rather than a plain contact form.
